The Call for Abstracts can be found at http://www.seaonc.org/vancouver2000.html, click WELCOME and it will take you to the PROGRAM page. Abstracts can be submitted using the form on that page. Although the dealine is March 1, the Technical Committee appreciates early entries!

The Call for Abstracts should appear in all the next chapter Newsletters.
